Since 2004 the Industrial Development Agency fulfils a function of the Implementing Institution of the Action 1.3 Sector Operation Programme – Enhancement of the Enterprise Competitiveness, 2004-2006. Within the frames of that action, there were advisory and investment projects performed for the industrial and technology parks, as well as for the incubators of technology.
To the investment projects, among others belong:
- construction and refurbishment of the buildings,
- construction and refurbishment of the existing technical infrastructure,
- construction of the roads and road infrastructure,
- building the networks: hydrous, sewerage system, transportation, rain, energy, telecommunication, and of special purpose,
- purchase of the office and electronic equipment, as well as furniture.
To the advisory projects, among others belong:
- preparing the documentation (business plans, feasibility studies, promotion strategies, marketing plans, strategies of winning the investors over, etc),
- preparing the promotion materials (leaflets, folders, posters),
- organization and participation in conferences and workshops,
- creation and maintaining the web sites,
- introducing the quality systems,
- building and developing the data bases.
On December 31, 2008 there were 91 projects finalised, including 42 investment and 49 advisory ones.
The total gross value of the finalised projects is PLN 1 054 498 364, 30. The level of total measures disbursed is PLN 706 541 559, 33, including from the European Fund of the Regional Development: PLN 616 753 871, 09, from the State Budget: PLN 89 787 688, 24 which makes 99, 59% of the measures utilisation.
In accordance with the project co-financing agreement, concluded between the IDA and the Beneficiary. The Implementing Institution is obliged to exercise the monitoring of the reaching of the project objective by the beneficiaries, during a period of 5 years from the date of signing the agreement.
