The Industrial Development Agency started to perform the Industrial Human Resources Development Programme. Its main objective is to analyse the present and future investors’ in the industrial parks and special economic zones, demand for workers with description of the required qualifications.
On the basis of the above analysis, the recommendations shall be formulated concerning the adjustment of the education offer to the expectations of the investors and employers doing business in those areas.
