With reference to the Regulation of the Prime Minister of the Government No 25 of March, 23, 2009 the President of the Industrial Development Agency was appointed the Chairman of the “Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. Supporting Group”. The Group is an auxiliary body of Prime Minister of the Government.

The Chairman of the Group coordinates the activities of the government administration bodies relating to the on-going activity of the Huta Stalowa Wola S.A before its privatization, as well as exercises monitoring of this company preparations to privatization, especially in the scope of an initial preparing the conception, establishment of a schedule and performance of the privatization.

In order of the efficient fulfilment of the imposed tasks, The Chairman of the Group appointed:

1.the IDA Group for the Support of the HSW S.A., on March 24, 2009

2.the Coordinator of the “Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. Supporting Group”, on April 3, 2009

3.two working groups “Working Group on Social Matters” and “Working Group on Energy” on April 3, 2009.
